Parents and carers survey

As part of the CNC Age 23 Survey, we invited parents and carers of CNC study members to take part in a short online survey. Parents and carers have given us an invaluable insights over the years, and their answers helps us understand how families adapts as children grow into adults.

Why did the study want to hear from parents and carers?

Watch Professor Emla Fitzsimons, CNC study director, explain why it’s so important to hear from parents and carers as study members reach adulthood.

Many parents and carers continue to play a significant role in their children’s lives well into adulthood. As CNC study members navigate this new stage in their lives, it is important to understand how parents and carers’ relationships with their adult children are evolving.

We are interested in parents and carers’ views on things like living arrangements, work, health, and family relationships. Every family is different, and everyone’s story matters. The more people we hear from, the better we can document the diverse experiences of families around the country.
