How do I turn the activity monitor on?

If you were asked to wear an activity monitor you don’t need to turn it on. The interviewer will have done this before they gave it to you. It will record the data automatically without any visual sign that it’s on. If you want to check it’s on you can press firmly on the face of the device. A green light will flash. You can press the button as many times as you want – it does not turn the device off or interrupt the data collection.
