How do I complete my online questionnaire?   

You need to go to www.cncsurvey.co.uk, and log in using the details your interviewer gave you on the blue “Completing a Questionnaire Online” information sheet.

You can complete the online questionnaire using a PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone. You can decide which one you would prefer to use, although you might find it easier to complete on a computer or tablet.

We recommend you complete it all in one go. It should take around 15 minutes to finish. However, if that’s not possible, you can always leave it and come back, using the same login details. Once you’ve completed the questionnaire, you can submit your answers, and you won’t be able to edit them again.
